I’m stuck in Chapter 11 of Final Fantasy XIII and I’m looking for some advice on how to effectively grind for levels and weapon upgrades. The game feels so much less linear now, and I’m really struggling to max out my characters and their stats. It’s been pretty frustrating for me, so any tips or guidance would be greatly appreciated!

My advice would be to finish the main game first and then tackle the missions. For grinding, the Adamantoise in Eden is the best spot since it drops essential items for upgrades, though the drop rate isn’t great. So you’ll definitely be doing some grinding there while farming for those drops.
I followed the Cie’th stone missions too, but I recommend waiting until you unlock chocobos. They make traversing the world a lot easier. Keep doing missions, but remember to stick to leveling up your main three roles instead of trying to max out everything — it takes too much CP.
You should definitely follow the Cie’th stone missions you come across. The early ones are in a chain, which leads you to the Yaschas Massif — that’s where you’re meant to go first. Just a tip, don’t try to grind out all the roles right away because it can be exhausting. You’re better off focusing on a few key roles for now.
