I’m really stuck on the Dwarven District part of the Horrific Visions in BFA. I’m trying to get the meta achievement, but I just can’t seem to make any progress. I’ve done my research on Reddit, Wowhead, and even watched playthroughs to figure this out, but I’m at a loss. Specifically, it’s about Kelsey Steelspark.
I know I need to deal with the three enemies outside the district, which I can do, and I can place the bombs just fine. However, the detonator never shows up! In the walkthroughs, Kelsey is supposed to appear to set up the detonator, but mine is stuck under a pile of bombs. I’ve tried clicking on her, leaving and coming back, but nothing changes. I can’t get the boss to spawn, and without that, I can’t complete the area or get the achievement.
I haven’t seen anyone else mention this as a bug, and I feel like I must be missing a key step that isn’t in any guides. I’ve even submitted a ticket to Blizzard, but no response yet. With Stormwind switching back to Org soon, I really need help! Can anyone tell me what I might be doing wrong to get Kelsey to assist me?

It sounds like you might be inadvertently stuck in combat mode, even if it doesn’t show up that way. Sometimes, enemies in the area can keep you in combat longer than you think, preventing Kelsey from moving. Try taking out every enemy in the vicinity and then circle back to see if that helps. If she’s still trapped, it could be worth resetting the instance and trying again to see if that resolves the issue.
