I’ve been trying to log into my Microsoft account on my PlayStation for quite some time, but I’m facing major issues. Back around 2016, I had a Microsoft account named MrPickles20005 that I used mainly on mobile. Later, I started using it on my PlayStation to buy skins and worlds. Unfortunately, I’ve lost access to this account and can’t recall the email or password due to my age when I made it. It seems stuck to my current PSN account which prevents me from adding a new Microsoft account. Does anyone know how I can either recover my old MrPickles20005 account or link a new Microsoft account with my existing PSN account? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

The issue you’re facing is quite common. You can’t associate a different Microsoft account with a PSN account if the current one is still linked. One workaround could be creating a new PSN account and linking it with a new Microsoft account. Of course, this means starting fresh with your skins and worlds unless you can transfer them somehow.
Firstly, I think your best bet is to try any old email addresses you might remember using back then. Sometimes, logging into an old email account can reveal the Microsoft account linked to it. If that doesn’t work, Microsoft’s account recovery page can be pretty useful, though it’s not always guaranteed if you don’t have much information to provide. I’d also suggest reaching out to Microsoft support directly; sometimes they can really help get past hurdles like this.
When it comes to recovering an old account, Microsoft authentication processes can be tricky. Consider any old devices you might have used to access the account; they may have the credentials saved. Also, you could try searching your inbox for emails with a Microsoft theme or subject, which could help trace back to the email used. It’s a long shot, but worth a try!
