I’ve had my Xbox Series X for about two months now, and I’m running into some frustrating connectivity issues. Whenever I try to play games, I can’t seem to connect to the servers at all. It constantly disconnects and reconnects to my internet, which is super annoying. I’ve tried resetting the console and unplugging it, but nothing seems to work. I’m really hoping someone can help me out with this problem!

I’ve seen several folks with similar issues recently. Maybe there’s a wider problem at play! If you could check out some of those posts, there might be a solution that fits your situation too. Keep us posted if you find anything!
It sounds like you’re dealing with some tricky network issues. Could you share your network statistics test from the Xbox? That would help pinpoint the problem. Also, are you getting any specific error messages during these disconnects? Knowing if you’re on a wired or wireless connection would be helpful too. How is your network set up? Any adapters, mesh systems, or switchers involved?
I totally get how frustrating that is! It might be a good idea to check your network settings for any error messages. Sometimes it can just show “unable to connect” without giving much detail. Also, it’s worth noting that if you’re on wireless, interference could be an issue. Make sure your router isn’t too far from the console or blocked by obstacles.
