A week ago, someone accessed my PlayStation account and even bought two games for 50 bucks! I acted fast by logging out of all devices, removing my card, getting a refund, and changing my password. I thought that would do the trick. But the next day, I received another login alert. I changed my password again, activated two-step verification, and contacted PlayStation support, but since I had logged everything out, they couldn’t trace the login source. I thought it was settled, but then yesterday I got yet another login notification! I’ve been logging everything out, changing my passwords, and even set up a passkey that requires my fingerprint. Just today, the jerk logged in again. I changed my email, hoping that was the issue. This is super frustrating! Has anyone else dealt with this? I see games I never played showing up on my account because someone is using it on another PS5, and I’m the only one with the login info. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

Enabling two-factor authentication is great, but if your email’s compromised, it’s not enough. Change your email password now. If you’re using the same password for multiple accounts, that could be why you’re still getting hacked.
Dude, it sounds like they got access to your email too. You should definitely change your email password and consider setting up a secondary email just for PlayStation, so the original one can’t be used anymore. Make sure to log out everywhere again after changing passwords. Good luck!
Totally agree! Sometimes hackers can sniff around for weak points, so securing your email is key.
