Hey everyone! This is my first time using a PC, and I really need some help. I bought a PC from a friend, wiped it clean, and installed Windows 10. However, I can’t get my Ethernet cable to be recognized by the computer. The cable works fine because I can connect it to my Xbox without any issues. After installing the drivers with my friend’s help, nothing changed. Now I see a yellow triangle on the PCI device, which indicates it’s missing drivers. I went to the manufacturer’s website and installed the correct drivers for Windows 10, but it still won’t work. It’s so frustrating since I was excited to have my own PC. I can’t use Wi-Fi either because there’s no adapter installed. My friend had no problems with the computer recently, so I’m not sure what’s wrong. I’m planning to grab a Wi-Fi adapter at Best Buy to troubleshoot, but in the meantime, any advice or fixes would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance!

Have you checked the specs of your PC? It’s also a good idea to make sure you’re downloading drivers from the motherboard’s product page rather than just general ones.
Yes, I have an MSI B450 Tomahawk Max (MS-7C02) and I’ve downloaded the right drivers.
