I’m trying to recall this zombie shooter game I loved playing as a kid. It had a single-word title (over 7 characters) that might start with an “r” and end with “break,” but I’m not entirely sure. The first thing you saw when you logged in was a character customization screen where you could pick a class for your weapons and earn points for it. I’m unclear on what the class level did in-game.
Once in a match, players joined after waiting for the current wave to finish, spawning at the start of a new wave. There were a total of 10 waves, and by the 10th wave, there was usually a big zombie boss to defeat. The in-game currency could be earned through these games, but you had to start over after every round.
The zombies were creepy, with a really annoying scream that stuck with me. After every 9 or 10 waves and the boss fight, a fresh game would start, and players could vote on the maps. I remember there were several types of zombies: the regular ones, little spider-like ones, big chunky zombies that vomited, and possibly some robot-like ones too. Any help in identifying this game would be greatly appreciated!

It sounds like you might be thinking of ‘Zombie Attack’. I used to play it a lot. It fits some of your description, but I’m not sure if it has all the details you mentioned.
I’m not totally sure, but ‘Zombie Uprising’ seems like a match—though maybe it’s similar rather than the exact game. I remember it having character classes!
OH MY GOD! I remember this game too, but I can’t remember the name either. It’s gonna bug me until I figure it out!
