Hey everyone! I’m on a quest to remember a 2D side-scrolling platformer I used to play back in the late 90s or early 2000s. You controlled a stick figure, and your main goal was to collect colorful balloons that were scattered across various levels. The game had a simple yet vibrant art style, with a minimalist stick figure and colorful backgrounds. I recall featuring different obstacles and platforms, including trampolines that helped your character reach higher spots. One cool thing was a level editor that let us design and play our own custom levels. I played it on a PC from a CD collection of games, but I can’t remember the name of the collection. If any of this rings a bell, I would love your help!

Could it be something like ‘N’? It features a stick figure as a ninja, and it’s had quite a journey from a flash game to various platforms. Just thought it might fit since it has a stick figure vibe, but it’s worth checking if the mechanics are similar!
Have you tried ‘Jetpack’? It’s also a 2D game, and while it doesn’t focus on balloons, it has some similar mechanics of navigating through levels. Might be worth looking up!
Thanks for the suggestion! But I feel like ‘N’ is a bit more recent than the game I’m thinking of. It’s definitely older.
