I’m logged into my account, but anytime I try to reach the support page, it kicks me out and asks me to log in again. I’ve been stuck in this cycle where I keep getting sent back to the homepage and can’t submit my ticket. What can I do to fix this situation?

Honestly, just shooting them an email might be the easiest solution. Don’t overthink it, just reach out directly.

I couldn’t get through on Firefox either. Switching to Chrome sorted it out for me. If you’re still having issues, it might be worth trying a different browser.
Yeah, that was my problem. I usually use the Brave browser but had to switch to Microsoft Edge a couple of months ago to submit my ticket.
