I just bought a PS+ Premium subscription and downloaded Bloodborne on January 24, 2025. I played through my entire one-month subscription without any issues. However, after having to send my console in for repairs, I discovered that I lost my account when I got it back. Now, when I launch Bloodborne, it only gives me the option to start a new game or go to options. I’m not sure if this happened because I’m now using the disc version instead of the digital copy I originally had. Is my account gone forever? Do I need to repurchase the game from the PlayStation store to get my account back?

It sounds like you might not have lost your entire PSN account, but rather the user profile on your console got deleted. Since you had PS+, your save files should still be in the PlayStation Cloud. Just resubscribe to PS+ and you should be able to download your save files from there!
Yeah, it’s likely they had to wipe your system clean during repairs. But don’t worry, your saves are still in the PS+ Cloud! Just log back into your PSN account and sync the game saves to get your progress back.
Actually, they don’t even need to resubscribe. If they just log back into their account and check the game sync/save status, they should be able to download their previous progress directly from cloud saves.
