I’m having a tough time connecting to my profile on my Xbox 360 because I’m getting a rare error code: “83830032.” I’ve searched around but haven’t found anything helpful regarding this issue. It’s a brand-new Xbox 360, so I’m trying to download my account for the first time. I also know about app passwords and don’t think it’s a credentials issue. Any advice would be appreciated!

I had a similar issue with my Xbox Series S. It turned out there was a problem with my account credentials. Make sure you’re entering everything correctly, and if you’re using two-factor authentication, try using an app password specifically for the Xbox. It might be worth checking if there’s any temporary block on your account as well.
