I’m stuck in a bit of a PS Plus limbo situation here. My account shows that I’ve been charged, I see that I have PS Plus, and I can download games, but when I try to play them, it just won’t let me. I’ve already tried restarting my console, restoring licenses, and even unplugging it for a while, but nothing seems to work. Has anyone else experienced this or have any ideas on how to fix it?

Honestly, why not just call Sony support? They might be able to help you out pretty quickly compared to troubleshooting here.
First off, which specific games are you trying to load? And what tier of PS Plus did you buy? It could help narrow down the issue.
I’m trying to play Death Stranding, Ark, and FNAF for my kid. These are in the catalog and monthly games. It keeps telling me I need to purchase them. I’m subscribed to PS Plus Premium and have been for 15 years without any lapses.
Have you tried restoring your licenses in the console settings? Sometimes it can fix issues like this if your PS5 acts up. That might be the way to go!
Yeah, I mentioned that in my post. I’ve already restored the licenses, but it didn’t help.
Could it be a gamesharing issue? Sometimes if you’re sharing games and your primary console isn’t set up right, it could restrict access to those titles. Just a thought!
Nope, both consoles are connected to the same network, and neither one is working.
I just got off the phone with them. They weren’t super helpful and said it might take a few days to get back to me. It’s frustrating—customer service isn’t what it used to be.
