I recently experienced two frustrating bugs while leveling my healer Evoker just before the server maintenance. The first bug occurred in Nokhud Offensive; after defeating the two siblings, when I used the flight path to the final boss, if I dashed into the flight path, I ended up moving at a snail’s pace (1 mph) while pulling aggro from all enemies below, making it impossible for me to escape. The second bug I encountered was when I was trying to heal a druid tank. The passive ability ‘Brush It Off’ made it look like the tank was fully healed due to ‘heals to come’, but in reality, their HP was dropping rapidly, leading to some unfortunate deaths. When the passive stopped, their health showed correctly, allowing me to heal normally. I submitted a ticket about these issues expecting at least an acknowledgment, but instead, I got a quick reply stating a game master would respond in 11 hours. Then, I received a follow-up in about 2 hours with a link to a ‘common problems and how to fix them’ page that was dead, along with a suggestion to seek help in the forums. I’m curious if this is a common experience when reporting bugs to Blizzard in WoW?

It’s a bit frustrating when you think you’re reporting important bugs but end up getting the runaround instead. Just to clarify, the proper way to report bugs isn’t through customer service tickets but through the in-game Bug Report feature. This way, it goes directly to the developers instead of the support team, who might not know anything about the bugs. Make sure to check that out next time!
I totally get where you’re coming from! Reporting bugs feels like doing the right thing, but the response can often be useless. It’s like stopping at a red light when no one’s around—pointless but necessary. I always report bugs because I feel the game benefits from it, but responses can be hit or miss.
