I visited a camp vendor recently and noticed that items were being priced in scrip instead of caps. Is this a new game change or just a bug? I hesitated to buy anything without knowing if it was legit, and now I’m wishing I had taken a screenshot. The camp had various items like weapons, mods, and plans listed for anywhere between 400 and 5000 scrip. Has anyone else experienced this?

It sounds like a UI glitch! I think it would have charged you caps if you had tried to buy something. With all the new changes and the focus on scrip lately, it makes sense that there could be some hiccups. I’d recommend keeping an eye out for any updates on it, just in case it’s a feature that’s not been rolled out properly yet.
Restarting the game can often fix those weird issues, but if it keeps happening, I’d report it. Bugs like these can be frustrating, especially if you’ve got scrip to spend!
I’ve noticed this too, not just with vendors but a bunch of items showing the wrong labels. It’s like the game is having an identity crisis! Definitely seems like something they’ll patch up soon.
Yeah, I agree! It seems like a bug since I was just at a scrip machine myself and didn’t notice anything odd. Better to wait for a fix before risking any scrip!
