I’ve seen some gamers tackle a Jack of All Trades character by leveling up in every class just once. After logging over 600 hours in the game, I think this could be a fun challenge, especially if you randomize the classes so you can’t just plan the most effective build. Has anyone else attempted something similar? Just to clarify, I already got the platinum trophy, so I’m just doing this run for fun! 😂

This is actually my next goal because I really want that platinum trophy! Although, if you’re only after the trophy, I’ve heard you can stack all 12 levels onto Minsc once you recruit him in act 3. Still, doing it for real is way more satisfying for the experience!
The closest I’ve come to that is doing a Wild Magic Sorcerer run where I rolled randomly on what spells to get. It was a wild ride, and I was reminded that RNG and I aren’t the best of friends!
I’ve done a Jack of All Trades run too, but I played it on balanced mode. I went alphabetical with the classes—started with Bard, then Warlock, and Sorcerer. I found it pretty entertaining, especially with all the class-specific dialogue you gather along the way. Toward the end, though, I felt a bit worn out, but I guess that happens in Act 3.
I totally agree! I got the trophy fast by cheating with a hireling at level 12 who was one of each class. But now I want to go through a full playthrough like this—it sounds like a blast!
