I’ve been noticing a significant increase in the percentage of learning legendary mods through scrapping over the past few days. It’s almost like the odds have shifted from what feels like 1 in 100 to possibly 1 in 25. Has anyone else experienced this? Is it just me, or could there be something going on with the game mechanics?

I think it varies for everyone. I’ve been scrapping a lot and haven’t learned anything new in ages. I honestly think it’s just the RNG playing tricks on us!
Same boat here. I played a lot over the weekend and only got about three loose mods. Seems like the drop rate for learning has dropped for many of us.
Honestly, I’ve had the exact opposite experience. I’ve been scrapping tons of items and haven’t learned a single legendary mod this entire patch! Maybe you just got lucky?
I feel you! I’ve also noticed a lack of legendary mods lately.
My hypothesis: what if the mod learning rate actually increased to around 4% instead of the old rate? If we want to test this, we’d likely need a sample size in the hundreds, maybe thousands, to see a real difference.
I’ve hardly learned anything either. It’s a bit disheartening considering how much I’ve been scrapping. Feels like such a low return for effort lately.
Exactly! It feels like pure luck at this point.
