Hey everyone! So, my account got locked yesterday, and I’ve reached out to support but haven’t gotten a response yet. I’m really frustrated and curious about why accounts get locked in the first place. How long does it usually take for them to respond to these queries? Anyone else been through a similar situation?

My account got locked after someone hacked it and stole my stuff. I let support know since I have 2FA enabled, but they took just 15 minutes to lock my account after that. I changed my password and email, but still no response after a week. It’s frustrating for sure!
I’ve had pretty quick replies from support in the past, like within 30 minutes, but that wasn’t for an account lock. I did have my account locked once because of a joke I made about credit cards, and they responded in a couple of hours. But that was years ago, so they might be really swamped with all the new players from PoE 2.

I’m currently waiting on a reply too—it’s been three weeks for just a simple question and still no word.
Prepare to be patient; it took me around 20 days to hear back from them when I had an issue.
That sounds really rough. I had a bad game crash that may have led to my lock too, and like you, I can’t play for a couple weeks now. It’s just so discouraging.
