I experienced a major issue with my Roblox account getting hacked just two days ago. Out of nowhere, my registered email was removed, and my two-step authentication was disabled. I reached out to Roblox customer support for help, but they were completely unhelpful. Even though I provided proof like one-time password emails showing my previous logins, the support employee said they couldn’t help because my account wasn’t linked to a new email. This doesn’t make any sense to me! I even have videos of me playing on that account, and it’s worth over 20k robux. Given my ongoing cancer treatments, I’m really hoping to get my account back. When I had to recover my account a few years back, Roblox support asked for a robux payment receipt to prove I owned it, and it actually worked! Have you considered providing any receipts for purchases you made? That might help your case.

I do have a gift card redemption on the account. Could that work as proof?
