Hey everyone, I set up my Xbox One S in a group home and created a sign-in code that I’ve completely forgotten. Now I’m trying to set it up for my mom, but I can’t remember the code to sign in. Any suggestions on how I can recover or reset it?

First off, is your account set up as an adult account or a child’s account? That might make a difference in how you can recover your sign-in info.
You might try removing and re-adding the account. Just keep in mind that you’ll need the current sign-in code to do that, so it could be a bit tricky without it.
Yeah, I can’t remove it without the sign-in unfortunately.
