Hey everyone! I’m diving into my first game and I feel a bit lost about my character options. I’m considering starting with a fighter or warrior since I’m new, but I’ve also heard that playing a sorcerer or magician could be a good choice. I’m particularly interested in having more dialogue possibilities since that seems fun, but I want to make sure it’s doable for a total beginner. I’d love to hear your thoughts and any advice you have. Thanks a ton!

Don’t worry about picking the ‘wrong’ class—you can change it a few hours into the game if you want! Just make sure you’re good with your initial choices for race and background since those are not changeable mid-game. But everything else is flexible, and that magic mirror lets you adjust your appearance later on too. Have fun with it!
Thanks! That makes me feel a lot better about diving in.
Honestly, just go with whatever build sounds fun to you. Every class has its perks and the game is flexible enough to work out, trust me! You can always experiment, and it’ll help you learn the game mechanics better. Just remember, it’s your first playthrough, so don’t stress about being perfect!
Totally agree! I think the best part of the game is having options and not getting too hung up on class choices.
Exactly! You’ll find what fits you best as you play.
You’re going to be managing a party of four characters, including your own. So, even if you choose to play a melee fighter, you can have magic users like wizards or clerics as companions to balance things out. It’s super flexible! I suggest trying out classes in the tutorial first to see what you enjoy—my first character was a wizard, and it was a blast!
Thanks for the tip! I’ll definitely try out different classes during the tutorial.
Same here! I found a class I loved after a couple of tries.
Yeah, it’s good to know I won’t be locked into a bad choice!
