Find a way to enter Constitution camp?

I’m standing at the front gate of this place and I can’t get in. If I leave the driveway it says I’m leaving the mission area. I can’t see how I’m supposed to get past the main gates. There’s nothing I can hop over or destroy.

Figured it out, even though it says you are leaving the mission area, you have to leave anyway. There is a magnifying glass icon on the map, you need to go to this. The location is on the complete other side of the compound to where the main gate is that I was at. Once you get around here there will be enemies and the rest is what you would expect.
