Hey everyone, I’ve just started playing this game about three days ago and really enjoyed my time learning the ropes. However, it seems like things have taken a turn for the worse in matchmaking. I was happily playing with others at my skill level, but since yesterday, I’ve been constantly paired with veteran players who have medals and a ton of experience. It’s really frustrating because I’ve been throwing myself into the game—playing up to 100 matches a day! All I want is to enjoy some casual matches with other newbies like myself. Have any of you felt this way or have tips on how to handle matchmaking when you’re just starting out?

Yeah, that happens to a lot of us. I’ve been playing for a long time too, and honestly, the matchmaking can feel really uneven. It doesn’t seem to take skill level into account, which can be super discouraging for new players. Just hang in there! It does get a bit better once you get the hang of things.
I totally get where you’re coming from. It seems like newer players are thrown into the deep end too quickly, and you end up with a bunch of veterans wrecking you all the time. The game’s design doesn’t really favor newbies, but sticking with it does pay off eventually. Just focus on enjoying the game at your pace.
You’re definitely not alone in feeling this way. The new player experience can be pretty brutal here. Some people say the game doesn’t have a proper skill-based matchmaking system, so you might end up facing seasoned players from the get-go. If it gets too frustrating, just take a break or try to keep a positive mindset—it’s all part of the journey!
Yeah, for sure! But don’t let it get you down. It can be a rough ride, but eventually, you’ll find your groove. Just keep playing and learning.
