Hey everyone! I’ve been noticing that Weaver’s Call relies solely on strand damage for its perk to create perched threadlings, which feels a bit limiting. Unlike Diamond Lance and Stylish Executioner, which can activate their effects with any element in prismatic mode, Weaver’s Call feels somewhat underwhelming. Should this be adjusted to either allow kills with other elements or grant similar benefits to those other subclasses? What do you all think?

I totally agree! It seems unfair that Weaver’s Call needs specific strand kills to activate. It could definitely use some love, especially since it feels like it pales in comparison to the other subclasses like Diamond Lance. Allowing other element kills to generate perched threadlings would make it way more viable!
Removing Weaver’s Call entirely might not be the answer, but it sure needs some rework. Without the grapple, I don’t think the wanderer aspect would really be that useful in prismatic, but maybe there are better avenues to explore.
Honestly, I think Weaver’s Call is just kind of weak overall, even outside of prismatic modes. The benefit of gaining just one Threadling after three kills doesn’t feel very rewarding compared to what other subclasses can do. It should really grant more benefits for players focused on Threadling builds!
Definitely! Other subclasses seem to get way better utility from their abilities.
Yeah, and I think they should also consider giving it some additional benefits, like how Gunpowder Gamble works with elemental abilities.
