With the recent buffs to Ash, many players feel that Loki has fallen behind in the game. Ash’s smoke bomb now lasts just as long as Loki’s invisibility, and he offers superior crowd control and a teleportation ability, plus he can strip armor from enemies. While Loki has better survivability, thanks to his augments—which take up valuable mod slots—it’s becoming clear that Loki’s invisibility and overall kit might need some enhancements. What does the community think about this? Does Loki need a buff or a complete rework?

Honestly, with all the changes in the game, Loki feels more like an afterthought lately. He deserves more attention, either a good rework or some solid buffs to bring him back in line with what other frames can do.
I really feel for Loki players. His abilities used to shine in group play, but with all the new mechanics and CC immunity, he’s lost a lot of his utility. It almost feels like DE doesn’t know what to do with him anymore since they’ve diluted his uniqueness.
Totally agree. It might not take much—just some adjustments to make his passive more useful in the current game environment. Maybe even integrating some augments into his base kit.
There’s been a lot of talk about Loki needing a rework for years now. His kit feels outdated compared to newer frames, especially with how much the game has evolved. Right now, Loki can still be fun but relies too heavily on augments, which makes his core abilities feel less impactful.
And yet Oberon seems to be the one getting all the rework love, which is kind of wild!
It’s true! I remember when Loki was first introduced—he was meant to be a support character, but so much of that has changed that it feels like he was forgotten. He definitely could use some love to bring back his identity.
Yeah, for sure, Loki could use an identity rework. It’s sad to see such a cool character feeling outdated when he had such a unique concept to start with! The game has grown, and unfortunately, he hasn’t kept up with it.
Exactly! Loki used to be the go-to for sneaky tactics, but now other frames have taken his spotlight. A little polish and a few tweaks would really help him regain relevance.
