I’m curious if Linux has built-in support for AMD’s AFMF2 (Frame Gen) and FSR3 like Windows does with the AMD Adrenalin drivers. Are these features available on Linux, or do they depend on specific games to implement them?

FSR3 works fine on Linux if the game supports it. I’ve had good results with it in games like Farming Simulator 25 and I’ve even managed to mod it into some other titles that usually use DLSS 3. So, definitely check the game compatibility!
AFMF2 isn’t supported on Linux because it relies on driver-level functions from AMD’s Adrenalin software, which we don’t have for Linux. However, FSR3 can work as it’s not tied to the driver directly; it’s up to the game developers to implement it.
True, there’s interest in implementing features like AFMF2, but the actual development talent is a bit scarce right now.
Yeah, it seems to run well on every game that natively supports FSR3. Modding it in has worked pretty well for me too!
