I’ve been working on my Twine Peaks AFK Endurance setup, aiming to progress through weekly quests like the ‘Complete 10 Mission Alerts in 140/160+ Zones.’ Currently, I can handle waves up to the fifth one where husks reach level 160, but my weekly quest progress hasn’t budged. I’m curious if completing all 30 waves will count, or does Endurance just not count towards weekly quests?

It’s a bit of a downer, but mission alerts for your weekly quests need to be in missions that are marked on the map, not endurance. On the plus side, you can still do other quests like ‘play missions as X hero’ and complete kill quests up to wave 4 for them to log properly in endurance. But yeah, getting the mission alert done will need you to jump into those 160 missions.
For quest progress involving endurance, it’s more fitting for elemental husk, mini-bosses, or mist monsters kill objectives in high-level zones. Your best bet for weekly alerts is to complete missions with specific markers. However, endurance mode is still great for completing other different types of quests.
Unfortunately, for the weekly ‘Complete 10 Mission Alerts’ quest, Endurance isn’t considered a valid zone despite the levels it reaches. Mission alerts are specifically those maps highlighted in purple storm visuals. However, you can use Endurance for tasks like killing elemental husks or mist monsters in those higher PL zones as part of other weekly or daily quests.
Endurance mode does not count towards mission alerts because it doesn’t have a mission alert status. You have to complete missions that display the purple storm icon on the map to fulfill those weekly quest requirements. Though, you can use Endurance for other objectives like specific weapon or hero kills.
