I’m on a mission to track down a game I used to play about two decades ago. It featured a small dinosaur (I think?) and involved dodging enemies and navigating through various hazards to reach the next levels. One of the cool features was finding skateboards in the level to speed up progress. Does anyone remember the name of this game?

Hey! It sounds like you might be thinking of either “Baby T-Rex” or “We’re Back”. Both games have that dinosaur theme and levels with skateboards. They’re kind of tricky because they’re reskins of the same game, so it’s a bit of a toss-up figuring out the original version.
It’s interesting because “We’re Back” is probably the original game, made over in the US. What’s funny is, it ended up having like three different reskins! In places like Sweden and Australia, the characters totally changed—from dinosaurs to a puppet named Agro and a bear called Bamse.
