I’ve been thinking about trophy hunting lately and wanted to get your thoughts. I usually only go for platinum trophies on games I genuinely enjoy. Sometimes, if I’m close to finishing the trophy list, I might just complete it for the sake of it. But I’ve heard some folks argue that you should platinum every game to really get your money’s worth. What do you all do? Do you go for platinums on games you don’t love, or do you stick to ones that you actually enjoy?

I generally only go for platinums on games that are easy to complete without too much grinding. If they require multiple playthroughs or frustrating online components, I just move on to the next game. Too many titles to play!
Same here! I prefer experiencing a game rather than grinding through it for a trophy.
Honestly, I’ve never even bothered with platinum trophies. I just play for enjoyment. If I finish a game and I see that I have a few trophies left, cool! If not, whatever!
Exactly! I feel the same way; I don’t want gaming to feel like a chore.
Totally! I’d rather enjoy my time than tick off a list.
I’m only interested in platinuming games I actually enjoy. If a game has a trophy list that looks too grindy or tedious, I just skip it. I want to have fun gaming, not feel like it’s a job!
Same here! If it feels like work, I lose interest fast.
Exactly! Plus, if the trophies require hard difficulties or online play, I just pass.
Right? I can’t stand games that make you replay them just for trophies.
