Hey everyone! I’m thinking about picking up a Steam Deck and have seen some conflicting info about customs fees. If you’ve recently purchased one in the UK, did you have to pay any Customs Duty? I’ve heard that it could be an extra £113, but I’m not sure. Steam Support wasn’t really helpful on this subject, so I’d love to hear some real experiences. Thanks a bunch!

I got my OLED version last April, and there were no customs fees for me. They shipped it from the Netherlands, which seems to be the case for most orders.
Just got mine today! No import fees for my refurbished unit. It took under a week to deliver, so I’d say overall a good experience.

I purchased my Steam Deck OLED just a couple months back, and I didn’t encounter any customs fees while ordering in the UK. Super easy process!
If you’re buying directly from Valve, the price you see on Steam should include everything. I doubt you’ll face any extra customs charges. Just keep an eye on the total at checkout!
