The hunters have burst through some windows in an area of the mansion ive been keeping clear of zombies by burnnig them. Will the hunters turn to crimson heads if i kill them?

Hunters dont turn into crimson heads after theyre killed. Only zombies have that mechanic where they get back up as crimson heads if you dont burn or decapitate them. So no worries about hunters doing that!
nope, hunters stay dead. only zombies come back as crimson heads if not burned.
