I’m curious about the stacking mechanics of 1-3 star armor mods in the game. I noticed that 4 star mods mention a max stack bonus when applied to multiple armor pieces, but does this mean that 1-3 star mods don’t stack at all? For instance, if I put a mod that gives 10% damage resistance on each of my armor pieces, would I end up with a total of 50% damage resistance? Would it actually be better to equip all my armor with the same 1 star mod for maximum effect?

To clarify, it’s true that they stack except for a few unique mods. So yes, if you want that total damage resistance, equipping the same mod across all your armor will definitely boost your overall defense.
Most of the mods will stack, but it’s good to double-check the specifics for each one in case there are any hidden rules. I personally use the unyielding mod on all my armor, and I’m definitely seeing those buffs stack nicely!
Yes, they all stack! So if you have a damage resistance mod on each piece, you’ll totally see that resistance add up. Just keep an eye out for any exceptions, like secret agent mods or certain other unique ones that only allow one mod per armor piece.
