Did I miss out on my platinum bonus?

I just bought some platinum and the promotion showed a 100% bonus for the 170 bundle, promising an extra 370. I typically don’t buy platinum, but the bonus caught my eye, so I purchased $10 worth. However, I only received the basic 170 platinum and didn’t see the bonus. Will this be an easy fix or am I likely not getting that extra platinum?

It’s a good idea to check if you bought it on the same platform that had the promotion. Sometimes, bonuses like that are restricted to particular platforms.

Yeah, I bought mine on Steam too and ended up with just what I paid for. It was kinda misleading.

Also, just keep in mind that platinum bonuses are generally tied to console promotions, while discounts apply to PC. Hopefully, it’s just a mix-up and gets sorted out quickly!
