I’ve been trying to use the PC Quest Link with my Quest 3, and it was working perfectly until one day it just stopped. I’ve already tried new cables from different brands, reinstalled the Meta Quest Link app, and even bought a completely new VR headset. Yet nothing seems to work! The cables usually hold a charge, but now they don’t even do that. It feels like I’ve tried everything, and all I’m hearing is advice to avoid Quest Link, which isn’t helpful. So, do you think reinstalling Windows might fix this problem? Or if anyone knows a better solution, I’d really appreciate your insights! By the way, I realized I needed to update my USB drivers. Silly me!

It sounds like you’ve been through quite the hassle! If you’re able to use other USB devices without issue, then your ports might not be completely broken. Try checking the USB drivers through Device Manager. Reinstalling them could help, but make sure you identify which ones to reinstall to avoid doing a full reinstall of everything. Sometimes it’s just about pinpointing the problem!
Thanks! I’ll check Device Manager right away. But how do I know which driver needs to be reinstalled without doing them all?
