I’m thinking about picking up a racing wheel with pedals and a shifter since they’re on sale today. I’m looking at the Logitech G29 (€233), G923 (€311), and Thrustmaster T300 RS GT (€303 + €157). Can anyone share their experiences and let me know which games I can enjoy with one of these? Are they worth the investment?

Absolutely, a wheel is worth it! I’ve got the G29, but if you’re interested in drifting, I’d suggest going for the T300. The G29’s motor doesn’t really handle countersteering well, you have to throw it to keep up, which can be frustrating. I’ve played games like Dirt Rally, WRC, and Assetto Corsa with it, and they feel much better with a wheel!
I’ve been using the Thrustmaster T300 for about seven years now, and I keep coming back to it for games like Gran Turismo. It’s perfect for serious racing and I love how the Thrustmaster Challenge Seat can be folded away when I’m not gaming. I’d definitely recommend it if you’re serious about racing games!
Thanks for the tip! I hadn’t found that information anywhere else.
