I’m playing Kingdom Come: Deliverance and have finished the siege at Talmberg, but I can’t seem to advance further in the game or access the Kuttenberg or Trosky regions. I’m confused about what I’m missing or doing wrong. After completing ‘An Oath’s an Oath,’ there’s no clear quest trigger to move forward, and Bergow isn’t really mentioned beforehand. When I visit the camp in Neuhof with Sir Hans, it just ends the game. Can someone explain how to progress and reach those areas?

I find it pretty funny too, I mean it happens! Sometimes you get so immersed or caught up in playing a game that you mix up versions without realizing. The important thing is you enjoyed the first game, and now you know what you need to do to continue your adventure in the new content!
Yeah, Trosky and Kuttenberg are part of the follow-up content, so if you haven’t switched over to the newer game or DLC, you won’t find those areas. The original game ends after certain main quests, and the camp visit you mentioned is likely the conclusion of the base story. To get those new regions and quests, you need to start Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 or install the relevant DLCs.
Looks like you’re actually playing the original Kingdom Come: Deliverance, not the second game or its DLCs. Kuttenberg and Trosky aren’t in the base game, they’re part of Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 or its expansions. That would explain why you’re not seeing those regions or quests to advance beyond Talmberg.
Oh wow, that totally makes sense now! I thought I was playing KC:D2, but turns out I was still on the first game. Gonna grab the second one, thanks!
Yeah, life’s been chaotic lately so I probably wasn’t paying close attention. This is honestly a minor thing compared to other stuff I have going on, but thanks for the laugh!
