Hey folks! I’m having some trouble with Minecraft Bedrock Edition. I tried playing it earlier, but the play button wasn’t responsive. I decided to uninstall both the launcher and the game. Now, I can’t reinstall the game because it just freezes at the ‘preparing’ screen. Does anyone know how to fix this issue?

Have you checked if everything on your system is up-to-date? Sometimes older versions of Windows, the Microsoft Store, or the Xbox app can cause issues with installing games. Try updating all of those and give the install another shot.
You might want to try clearing the app’s cache. Sometimes, it holds onto data that causes problems with new installations. You can do this by going into your app settings and clearing cache and storage. It might help with your problem!
