Hey everyone! I’m a regular player of Pogo, but recently I got logged out unexpectedly. Now, whenever I try to log back in on my iPhone 15, I can’t seem to get into my account. When I try to recover it using my trainer name, it shows me an email that isn’t even mine. I’ve reached out to Niantic about my account being compromised, but they said I haven’t met the required criteria to reclaim it through their questions. Some of the questions are related to items my character owns, which isn’t helping either. I’ve invested 8 years into this account, and I’m so close to finally getting my shiny Mew! Does anyone have any suggestions on how I can get back in?

I have 2 accounts with Pogo games and I can not get help in retriving my passwords….I will never play pogo again
It’s tough when you can’t access your account after so long. I’d suggest checking any old emails from Niantic—you might find some clues there. Also, sit tight and keep trying the recovery options; sometimes they can take a while. Hang in there, and I hope you get back to playing soon!
First off, double-check the sign-in method you’re using. If you created your account with a Google account, you likely don’t have a separate Pokémon Trainer Club account unless you linked it later. Niantic mainly uses Google or Niantic Kids accounts, so that could be the issue. Just make sure you’re entering everything correctly! Good luck with your recovery efforts!
