I’m curious if the Mirelurk Steamer can only be obtained through the Atom Shop, or if there are other ways to acquire it in the game. Any insights would be appreciated!

Yeah, it’s primarily an Atom Shop item. But if you manage to complete a hidden challenge of killing 10,000 mirelurks with the water ammo Thirst Zapper, you can actually get it for free! Just takes some dedication to grind through those mirelurks.
