I’m wondering if it’s possible to buy the Tesla cannon from a vendor, especially since I probably won’t reach level 28 on the season pass. Is it true that you can’t purchase it if you haven’t unlocked it yourself?

It’s not currently possible to buy the Tesla cannon from vendors. Some people think that after the season ends, it might become available through gold bullion vendors, similar to how the Cremator was added. But I haven’t seen any datamines confirming this yet.
Sadly, you can’t get it through vendors right now—maybe only with Atoms. If you’re thinking of spending some, it might be worth it to unlock the page and grab some other cool stuff too!
