I’m trying to find out if this version of the game is compatible with the Switch Lite. I’ve looked around online but haven’t found anything, and it’s the only version available in stores near me. Any advice?

Yes, the game is compatible with Switch Lite! Honestly, the only games that don’t work on the Lite are those that need the Joycons, like Super Mario Party. For Minecraft, it’s more about how it performs on Switch, which recently hasn’t been great. I’d still recommend it, though. Maybe try the eshop version too if you prefer digital.
It might’ve just been hard to find the info, but a quick search would show it’s fine on any Switch model. If you want alternatives, you might avoid the Switch version due to the save limitations and the need for a subscription for online play.
I get it can be tough finding what you need online sometimes. But yeah, pretty much all Nintendo Switch cartridges will work on a Switch Lite. The main difference is that the Lite doesn’t have the TV docking feature.
