Hey everyone! I’m considering getting the Mobapad M6 HD controllers for my Nintendo Switch OLED, but I also found out about the Mobapad D1 Controller Adapter which is meant for Nintendo Switch controllers, including the M6 HD joycons. I recently bought a controller for my Steam Deck, but it’s not working out for me, so I’m thinking it would be super convenient to get the M6 HD controllers to work on my Steam Deck using this adapter. The official page says it supports Steam, but I’m not sure if that applies to Steam on PC only or SteamOS on the Steam Deck too. Has anyone tried the Mobapad D1 Adapter with the Steam Deck? Did it work? I’d love to hear any insights you have! Thanks a bunch! :)

Yes, you can use the M6 HD controllers on the Steam Deck! As long as they connect as Joycons, the Deck should recognize them without any issues.
I wasn’t sure if they acted like Joycons for connectivity, but it sounds like they should be fine. I might just get the M6 HD and see if they connect without needing the adapter. It’s good to know I have that option!
