I’ve recently started playing Cyberpunk 2077, which I own through GOG. I’m curious if I can use the offline installers for it with Steam or Lutris. Would it be easier to just install it through Heroic instead?

I just download and keep my GOG offline installers saved on an external hard drive. I mainly use Lutris for launching my games, but I’ve heard great things about Heroic too!
You can definitely use the offline installers with Heroic Launcher. They have a ‘run installer first’ feature, making it super simple. That’s usually the easiest option for Linux users!
What about using Steam? Is it much harder to set up compared to Heroic?
The offline installers for GOG work well on Linux—Lutris is known for using them effectively. Just decide how you like to manage your games!
If you’re aiming for organization, Heroic has an option to add games to your Steam library, which could help keep everything in one place.
From what I’ve seen, you can run the GOG installers just like any other Windows app with Proton. Heroic makes things pretty straightforward for that.
When you have multiple installers for a game like Cyberpunk, how do you generally go about using them?
