Hey everyone! I recently switched to Linux and I’m really impressed with how smoothly everything runs. I’ve ditched Windows from my laptop. Now I’m wondering if I can use CurseForge to manage and update my World of Warcraft addons on Linux. Since I’m using Lutris, can I just install CurseForge and point it to the WoW install directory? I haven’t tried this yet, so I’d love to get some advice first.

Yes, it’s really easy to get CurseForge or WowUp running on Linux with Lutris. There’s even an Appimage available for those now! Just point it at your WoW directory and you’re all set. You can check out the Appimage here: https://github.com/WowUp/WowUp.CF/releases.
Absolutely, just direct CurseForge to your WoW installation folder and it will scan for your existing mods. If you have any addons already installed, it’ll recognize those too. You could also back up your current folder and drop it into your Lutris setup for convenience.
Okay, great! Thanks for the tip!
