Hey everyone! I’m curious if it’s possible to unlock the Oakensoul Ring in Elder Scrolls Online without having the High Isle DLC. Anyone know if I need that expansion to get this mystic item?

It’s actually called a Mythic item. Unfortunately, you do need the High Isle DLC for the Oakensoul Ring and its components to spawn.

Unfortunately, you need to have access to High Isle to unlock the Oakensoul Ring. You’ll have to dig up all the leads for it, which are tied to that DLC.
While you can’t unlock it now, it might not be as useful later on. With the upcoming subclassing, you may find that you can get its benefits from passive skills instead.
Why not wait for a free ESO+ trial? You might get a chance to access High Isle for free that way!
