Hey everyone! I’m mainly a PvE player and just played some Trials last week, where I managed to reach rank 14. I’ve seen the rank 16 sniper available this week has a great roll for boss damage, and I was planning to make up those last two ranks this weekend. However, it’s Iron Banner week! Is there any way for me to still hit rank 16 this week, or should I just wait and hope for a good random drop later on?

Unfortunately, you won’t be able to reach those ranks this week since it’s Iron Banner. You might just have to wait and hope for a solid drop or another opportunity to get a rank 16 roll later on.
While total damage on that sniper might not be the best, it’s perfectly reasonable to want a total damage option. You could keep an eye out for a good drop while you tackle other activities until you get a chance to grind for it!
Just a heads up, that sniper you’re eyeing isn’t really the best for boss damage. It might be better to run the Garden of Salvation raid for a solar sniper like Omniscient. If you’re having trouble finding a team, don’t stress too much about that sniper; there are other good options out there!
