Hey everyone! 😊 I’m curious if anyone has tried blending two different builds – a block-based setup like Pohx’s with the CWS (Cast When Damage Taken) Firestorm/Detonate Dead combo. I’m still pretty new to the game; I’m currently playing a level 90 RF Chieftain and have been managing T13 maps without issues. I already have Valyrium and Immutable Force, and I’m just waiting on Bloodnotch to get started on this combined build. Any tips or advice to help me merge these two together would be greatly appreciated! Honestly, I don’t see much point in combining these builds. The CWS setup is pretty tanky on its own with low investment. Going block-based might not add much unless you’re tackling higher content. Just my two cents; I played CWS Chieftain during the Settlers league, so I’ve got a bit of experience with it! 😂
It’s tough to give solid advice without checking your PoB. The CWS build has some specific requirements that can be tricky for new players, like certain medium clusters and gear rolls. I’d recommend sticking to Pohx’s guide for now until you can comfortably tackle T16 maps. Once you get your voidstones, then slowly start mixing in the other gear and jewels you need! Also, I’d be happy to help in-game if you’re playing Settlers; I’ve got extra gear I can spare!
