I’m curious if the boss powers that inflict direct damage on enemies can actually crit. It seems like they should since it makes sense to me, but I’m not entirely sure. What do you think?

Yes, they should be able to crit! Since it’s direct damage you’re doing, it should use your critical strike chance and multipliers. Plus, they might even be able to overpower, following the same logic.
All direct damage hits can crit, no doubt about it!
It depends though; some powers involve damage over time (DoTs) so they can’t crit or overpower. But direct damage ones can definitely crit, especially if you get guaranteed overpower procs.

Gotcha! Any idea if poison breath can crit? It says it deals damage over 4 seconds, but the wave seems instant.
