I’m a seasoned graphic designer and hobbyist 3D/texture artist who’s started looking into Roblox’s marketplace for creating accessories. From what I’ve discovered, you need to maintain a $20 monthly premium subscription as long as your item is active, plus pay a $7.50 review fee and a $10 publishing fee for each item. This setup feels pretty steep and restrictive. Has anyone else navigated these costs, or are there any details I might have missed?

That’s pretty much the setup. The $10 publishing fee does refund gradually as you make sales, which means if you sell around 40 items, you can cover that cost. However, the $20 monthly fee is a constant and can really add up if your items aren’t selling quickly enough. It makes the whole process feel a bit too pricey if you’re not sure about steady sales.
Totally get what you’re saying. That ongoing fee can be a real burden, and it might be worth testing the waters with a few items first to see if the sales justify the expense.
