Hey fellow gamers! I recently dove into crafting some gen 1 legendaries and I’m on the hunt for power builds that can help me clear hearts quickly. So far, I’ve had success with a Greatsword Power Chrono and Mirage combo, a Rifle Celestial Mechanist that pulls entire camps (super fun!), and my P/P Power Deadeye that can one-shot targets like a champ. I’m planning to tackle map completion with several classes, and here’s what I’ve got in mind:
– Ranger with Power Untamed (2x Mace + 2x Axe)
– Guardian using Power Spear + S/S Willbender
– Necromancer as a Power GS + S/S Reaper
– Warrior with Power Dagger + Axe/Spear Spellbreaker.
However, I’m stuck on what to do for the Revenant—should I go Herald, Vindicator, or Renegade? And what about the Elementalist—Fresh Air Tempest or Staff Weaver? I’d love to hear any suggestions or builds that could help me clear trash mobs better. I prefer ranged builds with simpler rotations, as I’m not really in the mood to juggle a million skills while grinding out these hearts!

I just finished map completion with a Power Untamed build using m/m and lb—it was a blast! The longbow is super handy for those heart tasks, but the axe is also solid if you want a bit more melee action.
For the Revenant, you can’t go wrong with Herald! It brings a ton of valuable boons like Might and Quickness, which are super effective in the open world. Pair it up with a Hammer for distance and a Greatsword for packing a punch against lots of mobs.
As for the Elementalist, I’d recommend going Fresh Air Tempest. The cooldowns are short and it’s ideal for quick completion. Staff Weaver is okay, but feels a bit clunky in comparison.
For builds like Vindicator Rev, combined with the ability to refresh dodges on kills, it’s like a mix between power mirage and power berserker—so you can keep dodging and maintain damage output. Works wonders!
If you want speed, stick with Herald on Revenant. With dual swords and a Greatsword setup, you can zip through content quickly, thanks to the multiple movement skills.
For the Necromancer, don’t underestimate the Power GS + S/S Reaper—it can melt through a lot of open-world challenges!
For map completion, many times your power isn’t the bottleneck, but the design of the hearts themselves. If you’ve hit level 80, it’s going to be a breeze regardless! That said, if you’re looking for good builds, a Power Reaper (Necromancer) is exceptional for dealing AoE damage—plus, double swords give you a lot of piercing power!
If you choose Elementalist, definitely go for Fresh Air Scepter over Tempest. Tempest is good, but you won’t usually need to play melee, so Catalyst is the way to go for sphere throwing. For Necro, Harbinger just means you can clear everything safely from range and ditch the Greatsword—try Axe for that quick kill capability!
Right on! I’ve done world completion multiple times and it’s definitely all about the strategy at times, isn’t it?
