I’m on the hunt for free games that are similar to Cities: Skylines or SimAirport, but I’m looking for options that don’t require a download and aren’t just low-quality demos. Is there anything out there that fits the bill?

Finding a free game that’s both high-quality and doesn’t need a download is pretty tricky these days. It seems like you’ll have to compromise on one of those aspects. Maybe check out browser-based games if you haven’t already, but don’t expect them to match the depth of something like Cities: Skylines.
Have you tried Yoot Tower or SimTower? They’re classic city-building games and are pretty fun. Plus, they’re free to play online. Might scratch that city-building itch for a bit!
